Damini, RN-BSN, founder of Optimus Vascular, brings over nine years of nursing experience in bedside care, vascular access, and the specialized management of hematology and oncology patients. Her leadership in clinical settings has been shaped by a strong foundation in nursing management and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Damini has served in leadership roles across three different countries, gaining a global perspective on healthcare delivery and refining their approach to quality and safety. Their combined expertise is the driving force behind Optimus Vascular — a company dedicated to expert access, delivered on time, every time.
